    I offer wellness coaching that blends hormone education, nervous system awareness, and lifestyle strategies. We prioritize what’s possible right now and build from there—so change feels supportive, not overwhelming.

    My mission is to provide evidence-informed support for women’s hormone health—listening deeply, connecting the dots between symptoms and life demands, and guiding each woman toward practical, sustainable changes that restore energy, mood, sleep, and a sense of herself.

    About Me

    I’m a Registered Nurse with 20 years of experience across Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care, psychiatric nursing, and women’s wellness. Over the years, I’ve seen how often women’s symptoms—fatigue, mood swings, poor sleep, anxiety, “not feeling like myself”—are minimized or brushed aside. My work now is about taking those experiences seriously, listening to the whole story, and helping you understand what your body may be trying to say.

    I focus on women’s hormone health, stress, sleep, energy, mood, and life-stage transitions like perimenopause and menopause. Together, we examine patterns in your daily life, history, and environment, and develop realistic steps that fit your world—not a fantasy schedule.

    I’m also a founding partner in ToneWell.co, a voice-based wellness intelligence platform, and an associate with DrBearWalker.com, where I integrate biometric data and clinical insight to support women more precisely and compassionately.

    A deep-dive women’s wellness consultation to understand your story, symptoms and goals. We’ll review your intake, discuss hormone-related patterns and nervous system load, look at current medications and supplements (as appropriate), and outline practical steps for stress, sleep, energy and recovery. You’ll leave with clarity, options and a focused next step.
